At Bruno Bertullo, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, exclusivity, and service. Due to the luxury nature and high value of our products, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all clients.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, documentation, accessories, and protective materials.
Be free from any damage, alterations, marks, or signs of use.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
All returns require prior written authorization from Bruno Bertullo before being shipped back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Bespoke, customized, or personalized products.
Limited-edition pieces made to order.
Products altered at the client's request.
Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or modified after delivery.
Products returned without prior authorization.
Inspection & Authentication
Upon receipt, all returned items will undergo a comprehensive inspection and authentication process.
Bruno Bertullo reserves the right to reject a return if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. If a return is rejected, the item will be returned to the client at their expense.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved:
A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days following approval.
Original shipping, insurance, taxes, duties, and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Restocking Fee
For non-defective returns, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover inspection, authentication, insurance, and handling costs.
Return Shipping & Insurance
For products valued at £17,500, all returns must be shipped using a secure, trackable, and fully insured delivery service approved by Bruno Bertullo.
Unless the item is defective or supplied in error:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
The client remains responsible for the item until it has been received and signed for by Bruno Bertullo.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify Bruno Bertullo within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs and relevant details.
Following assessment, Bruno Bertullo may offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, as appropriate.
Right to Refuse Returns
Bruno Bertullo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or where there is evidence of misuse, unauthorized modification, fraud, or tampering.

As many of our products are produced, sourced, or prepared specifically for each client, preparation timelines may vary depending on the item purchased.
Important Delivery Information
Due to the bespoke sourcing, preparation, authentication, and quality assurance processes applied to Bruno Bertullo products, clients should allow up to 8 weeks (approximately 2 months) for an order to be prepared for dispatch.
By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and accepts these preparation timelines. Any delivery estimates provided relate solely to the shipping period after the order has been dispatched and do not include production, sourcing, quality control, authentication, or packaging time.

Delivery Times
Once an order has successfully completed our quality assurance process and has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, courier availability, and any required security arrangements.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the client upon successful delivery and signature by the client or an authorised recipient at the delivery address provided.

While Bruno Bertullo will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs procedures, courier disruptions, security requirements, adverse weather conditions, regulatory inspections, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where significant delays occur, clients will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or is incomplete, the client must notify Bruno Bertullo within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs and any relevant supporting information.
Failure to notify Bruno Bertullo within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate the matter with the relevant courier or insurer.
